We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team who thrives on creating order (at speed), is deeply proactive (not just reactive), and genuinely enjoys the idea of supporting a growing, international consulting firm. You’ll be the hero that holds everything together—optimizing schedules, coordinating projects, and streamlining client communication—so our leadership team regains their most valuable resource: time, to invest back into our clients. The Role

Keeps the C-Suite Organized: Manages calendars, travel, meetings (including meeting prep as needed), and day-to-day tasks for our leadership team.
Coordinates Client Touchpoints: Helps schedule client meetings, prepare materials, and ensures client communication is prompt, professional, and on-brand.
Supports Client Operations: Tracks key projects, monitors action items, handles light data entry, and helps maintain internal documentation for maximum clarity.
Drives Efficiency: Streamlines admin processes, juggles competing priorities, and proactively identifies ways to eliminate friction so the team can work faster and smarter.

What You Bring
Proven EA Experience: 3–5 years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment—consulting, SaaS, or tech is a plus.
Organizational Superpowers: You excel at structuring chaos—coordinating calendars, juggling complex schedules, and ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
Strong Communication: Clear, concise writing; professional and warm verbal communication; an ability to handle sensitive info with discretion.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with GSuite, scheduling tools, project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com), and remote collaboration apps (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
Proactive & a “Fixer”: You don’t just flag problems—you propose fixes, take initiative, and help the team move forward.
Remote-Ready: You’re comfortable in a distributed setup, and are capable of building relationships virtually.
