Senior Pricing Analyst

We’re after a Senior Pricing Analyst who can whip messy client data into shape, handle sophisticated pricing and commercial insights, and frankly, make things simpler for both our clients and our team of Senior Pricing Advisors.

The Role

In this role, our kind of person:

  • Supports client project delivery, end-to-end, on engagements that can run up to 18–24 months. You’ll be a key driver of the commercial transformation we deliver for clients.
  • Sizes up the client’s existing pricing and packaging—pull the client data, do the competitor and market research, and call out what’s not working. 
  • Collaborates with our Senior Pricing Advisors to design new, better-performing pricing and packaging.  Then plans and runs validation efforts to prove it works.
  • Joins all the core client workshops, working side by side with our Senior Pricing Advisors and our client’s executive team, so you can shape decisions at the highest level.
  • Supports clients through execution—from running customer migrations and pricing communication strategies set by our Senior Pricing Advisors to stepping in on tough customer process implementation and change management as needed.
  • Delivers high-quality outcomes - Period! Ranging from boosting clients ARR, improving client pricing decision-making processes to de-risking the implementation of changing packaging and pricing strategies for our customers.
  • Helps grow Willingnesstopay.com by standardizing and documenting how we do things, improving frameworks and tools, keeping tabs on client results.
  • Champions our culture of Client Value, Candor, and Character, keeping the bar high for yourself and your teammates.

What You Bring:

Foundation Experience: 3–5 years in consulting with a commercial or pricing tilt, ideally in B2B SaaS/tech and a solid track record. Alternatively 3–8 years operational experience in at least two B2B SaaS companies, with a clear pricing focus and proven results.

Sharp Quant Skills:  You know your way around pricing and revenue modeling in google sheets and excel and can handle complex data without batting an eye.

Brains over hands:  You “get” how companies work—especially SaaS—and can untangle tough business problems fast.

High Output, Low Drama:  You’re all about execution—contributing to decisions, cutting through the noise, and cranking out high-quality work.

Team Player & Influencer:  You thrive in a team setting, collaborate effortlessly, and can persuade clients and colleagues to get on board with smart ideas.

Remote-Ready:  You know how to build relationships online, collaborate seamlessly over Meet/Teams/Zoom/Slack, and still deliver like you’re in the same room.

Strong Communication: You write well, speak clearly, and connect with clients and teammates in a way that builds trust and gets stuff done.
